In Greek mythology, HORMÊ personifies drive, creative impulse, and the force that sets things in motion, the energy that turns intention into action.

 

HORMÊ carries this force forward. It is a creative agency committed to showcasing talent and developing tailored communication strategies that amplify each individual’s voice and vision.

 

HORMÊ also produces its own media, including podcasts and articles, offering a platform, connecting professionals from multiple fields who share common values and a pursuit of excellence.

 

Finally, HORMÊ organises events: collaborations with brands and agencies, and most recently themed dinners in Paris and Geneva that bring together a wide range of profiles around artistic, philosophical, and cultural topics. The aim is to spark connections, catalyse projects, and inspire or strengthen collaborations.

Manon Kolodziejczyk is the founder of HORMÊ Agency, a creative agency dedicated to helping passionate independents and brands express their vision through meaningful, aligned communication. With a unique approach blending mindset, clarity of positioning, and strategy, she supports entrepreneurs in shaping their voice, refining their message, and turning intention into action.

Inspired by the Greek mythological figure Hormê, the embodiment of drive, creative impulse, and momentum, Manon built HORMÊ as both an agency and a media platform designed to amplify talent, spark collaborations, and celebrate excellence across industries.
